Strengthen Your Immunity & Reduce Allergies Naturally with San Fu Tie

A Preventative Therapy from Chinese Medicine with Olya, Reg. Ac.

Meet Your Practioner

I’m Olya Dzidzverg, a Reg. Acupuncturist (License #102199) & Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner(diploma) based in Victoria, BC. My journey into TCM began with a personal search for healing after years of dealing with recurring illnesses — a search that led me to discover the deep wisdom of Chinese medicine and its focus on prevention.

I am trained in acupuncture and herbal medicine and have clinical experience supporting adults and children with chronic respiratory conditions, allergies, fatigue, and other patterns of imbalance. I believe that each person’s healing process is unique, and I offer treatments that are both personalized and grounded in classical TCM principles.

My approach is gentle, respectful, and informed by ongoing study and practice. I offer San Fu Tie as a seasonal preventative option to support those with cold body constitutions, low immunity, or recurring respiratory issues.

Why Prevention Matters

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), prevention is the foundation of lasting health. I’ve spent over 15 years searching for natural ways to support my body after navigating a cycle of multiple chronic illnesses. My personal healing journey, along with years of training and clinical experience, has deepened my belief in the power of prevention. San Fu Tie is often part of seasonal health campaigns in hospitals, especially pediatric and respiratory departments in China. San Fu Tie is one of the most promising therapies I’ve encountered. It’s a gentle yet powerful treatment that works with your body’s natural rhythms. While it is highly effective, please note that it may require annual repetition and is not suitable for everyone. If you or your child struggle with chronic colds, asthma, allergies, low energy, or a cold body constitution — this may be the support you’ve been looking for.

What is it San Fu Tie?

San Fu Tie is a time-tested therapy in Chinese medicine. It involves placing warming herbal patches on acupuncture points during the hottest days of summer based on Chinese calendar— known as San Fu Days. This is when Yang energy is at its peak, making it the best time to strengthen immunity and prevent cold-season illnesses.

🧡 Aftercare: How to Care for Your San Fu Tie Herbal Patches

To ensure the treatment is both effective and safe, please follow these care instructions after your session:

 ✅ Keep the Patches On:

  • Duration: Keep the patches on for 4–6 hours, unless otherwise advised.
  • If you experience itching, heat, or discomfort, remove the patches immediately and gently clean the area with warm water.

 ✅ Skin Care:

  • After removing the patches, avoid scrubbing the area.
  • Mild redness, warmth, or slight irritation is normal and should fade within 24–48 hours.
  • In some cases, marks or darker skin discoloration can remain longer. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this is not considered dangerous — it’s seen as part of the body’s response to the treatment.

 🚫 Avoid:

  • Sun exposure, hot showers, baths, saunas, or heavy exercise for 48 hours after treatment.
  • Applying lotions, oils, or other topical products to the patch area on the same day.
  • Wearing tight clothing over the area that could rub or irritate the skin.

 ✅ Monitor Reactions:

  • Note any changes in your health or symptoms and share them during your next session.
  • If irritation is persistent or you have concerns, please contact me.
